Capricorn

Dear Capricorn, your main cards for 2023 are The Magician, The Lovers, and The Sun

This year will be solid proof of exactly how capable a person you are in terms of work, in which opportunities and resources become abundant. If you’re looking to focus on your career, The Magician ensures you that this is the perfect time to take leaps of faith, ask for more responsibilities, or just test your limitations. However, it seems that you find it difficult to truly believe in yourself and instead will begin to overwork yourself this year. The Sun poses a lack of optimism and imagination to think bigger outside of your comfort zone. At the same time, The Sun suggests that there is a sense of innocence, perhaps in your personal life, that will be addressed this year.

In a way, The Lovers propose a situation that looms over most aspects of your life in 2023; there are people or things that are burning away at your energy and yet you’re unwilling to let go. Think of it this way, we are all vessels of some sort to contain a certain amount of energy and love for others, yet your current mode of being will show you that it is not working out. Use this year to take stock of what is important to you and how you can reset your boundaries and communicate your needs so your relationships can stay healthy. This year is a time to rebuild longevity and sustainability.

Keywords for the year: Sustainability, Opportunity, Abundance, Self-Esteem, and Love

Love & Relationships: The Empress, Judgement, and The Hierophant

Love for you looks at the breaking or attempted breaking of structures in your life. According to the Hierophant, you’ve been creating and setting these almost archaic rules and boundaries in regard to how you treat those close to you and how you navigate your relationships. However, you’ll find that though you ‘think’ these structures are meant to help you define your feelings, they are also hurting those around you. The Empress suggests that this year will be a year of learning how to nurture emotions between yourself and your partner (or close friendships if you’re unattached), and how to be considerate of the other person in the relationship.

Judgement asks for you to reconsider your choices, and perhaps find new ways of being; it’s never too late to learn and start anew. I guess it’s time to really respond to others’ love languages and need for intimacy.

Career & Work: The Tree, The Letter, The Stork, and The Clouds

Honestly, I think I’ve covered career in the overview message because this is mostly the same messages: Growth, new beginnings, and self-doubt. The only extra illustration is The Letter which suggests a strengthened need for the written form in your career, and also perhaps a formal announcement of some sort coming in early to mid-2023. Good luck!
