A solo exhibition of the Major Arcana and tarot reading pop-up by Charlotte Mui, the show features watercolour originals of her tarot card series "L'Œil de l’Âme Tarot" (Eye of the Soul Tarot).
Painted between April and June 2019, the 22 Major Arcana cards is the combined result of Charlotte’s exploration of the complexities between an imagined and the real world, her determination to claim her own destiny, and a six-year-long burning desire to create her own set of tarot cards.
Charlotte has been interested (an understatement) in the occult and reading tarot cards since inheriting her aunt’s starter kit in 2010.
Other than a tarot reading pop-up, there will a pop-up store and cafe by The Vege Lab on 30 November and 1 December! Make sure you don't miss out on the gorgeous and mouth-watering egg-and-dairy free desserts! More details will be announced at a later date.
The exhibition will also feature the musical debut of Janine Alconaba, who will be performing live for the first time at the opening reception! Don't miss out on hearing her!

本地藝術家梅傲雪將舉行個人展覽「L'Œil de l’Âme Tarot（靈魂之眼塔羅）」，展出全新繪製的二十二張大阿爾克那（Major Arcana），屆時更將設限定攤位，為有興趣的參觀者進行即場塔羅占卜（請於網上預約）。
梅傲雪自小時起便對塔羅情有獨鍾；在梅的藝術作品中，魔幻世界亦一直是常見題材。在2010年承繼了其姨母的入門級塔羅牌後，梅更開始學習占卜，自此一直渴望親手設計一套塔羅牌。
此系列的繪製工作於2019年四月開始，於六月完成。梅傲雪於作品中探索現實和幻想世界之間的千絲萬縷，當中更糅合她自決個人命運的堅定信念。
