#09 Thunder

Ever since they were created, the brothers, Thunder and Lightning, were always together. But they weren’t allowed to roam often, only when their mother Rain allows them to accompany her on trips to visit Earth. And on those trips, while Rain would gossip with Earth about the things the Clouds have been up to, Thunder and Lightning would chase each other around the grey skies, to see who can reach the ground faster. However, no matter how hard Thunder bangs his drums, he has never been able to get ahead of his brother.

A shorter one for this round. I had a whole thing planned out where Thunder decided to trick Lightning into staying behind and he runs to the ground just to see how fast he was and accidentally triggering an earthquake instead. But then science got to the better of me so I scrapped the other part.
