✧ September Blessings and Warnings ✧

** Skip this if you don’t want to read my rambling **

Hello, it’s been a while since I last wrote anything here — I’ve actually been toying with the idea of ‘pick-a-card’ tarot readings since last year but couldn’t for the love of god figure out how to speak in front of a camera. The pick-a-card readings have been immensely popular in the tarot reading community (not that I’m a part of it) and they’re scattered all over Youtube where psychics and readers set out 3 or more piles of cards, oracles, runes and other occult/psychic methodologies and ask the viewer to pick one with intention. They then offer timestamps that interpret and relay messages from that particular pile.

As mentioned, youtube and cameras really aren’t my thing (also I have 0 minutes to spare for editing) so after a few months of experimentation (thank you to my beautiful guinea pigs), I’m going to these in form of blog posts. I’m not going start with a whole pile but I’m still experimenting, but let’s see how things go with just one deck of cards.

✧ Pick a card to find out what your blessings and warnings are for September 2020 ✧

Please pick with intention and intuition.

If you’re picking a card halfheartedly, it’s not going to work honey.

How to pick a card with intention: Think to yourself or ask outloud, ‘What are the blessings and warnings I need to know for September 2020” then pick the one that draws you in the most, maybe it’s the ornament on top that attracts you, maybe it’s a particular scratch on a card.

✧ The Interpretations ✧

If you had picked the The Fossil…

Aspects affected: Career & Relationships (Friendships and Family)

With the full moon in Pisces at the start of the month, things haven’t been going as smoothly for you as you might have hoped — it’s not to say that there’s been anything drastic happening but it almost feels like you’ve been stuck for a while. From the cards, it seems like you’ve been emotionally drained lately, like your well of energy is slowly being depleted as you struggle to reach this seemingly unattainable goal. You’ve been working to the bone and yet progress is little.

In mid-September, this feeling only gets amplified as you recognise the fact that you’ve been going around in circles, and a sense of loneliness will also start seeping in because no one else other than yourself seems to understand why you’re struggling or why it is important to you. Friends and family may try to empathise with you but still, they don’t really get it, do they?

However, despite this, the cards urge you to focus on what you already have around you. You’ve been looking at the star in the distance but failed to see the flowers growing beside you. Tend to these flowers, these could be your skills, your resources, seeds that you’ve sown in the past — Learn to appreciate what you already have, hone them so that they could shine on their own, and maybe one of them could help you reach that star you’ve always wanted.

If you had picked The Crystal (Clear Quartz Cluster) …

Aspects affected: Relationships (Love and Friendships)

So many things are changing for you in September! Your luck is currently at it’s dwindling position as you’re forced to make a choice between two paths at the cross-roads. But worry not, while it may seem like the choices are both rather disastrous, this is a self-inflicted illusion. Reality may not seem the way it does in your head.

Chances are this may be the first time in while where you’re encountering a dilemma in which you feel like you should be rational and objective rather than to trust your gut (strange, given how full moon in Pisces actually seem to be making everyone much more emotional). But while this urge to make a pros and cons list is the best way to go, remember that your opinion is not the only one that matters. The choice you’re about to make does not only affect yourself but your partners and friends too. Lean into their strength and opinions too. Share that pros and cons list with them and talk things through. Maybe you’ll learn that there are more than two roads to choose between.

If you had picked The Moon …

Aspects affected: Family & Career

You’ve recently reconnected with something from your past, let it be a nostalgia for a childhood dream or a hobby that you used to do and stopped somewhere through your journey of growing up. This re-connection, no matter how insignificant, has sparked a new sense of innocence and curiosity for what is around you. In a way, it’s given you a more child-like perspective of what things could be.

This probably came a rather good time because come September, you’re about have a strong desire to get out of a chaotic and perhaps disadvantageous situation. September will present with you a trial in which fundamental values that you once considered to be the core of who you are will be tested. It is also during this time that you perhaps will come to realise the chains that are binding and limiting you all this time.

In a sense, it’s almost like there’s a loss of innocence or betrayal of what you once believed in, but it’s not. While it may feel like a rug was pulled from under your feet, what you’ve learnt and know of yourself from the past is still there. Use this to re-evaluate what you truly want for yourself, and the kind of life you’d like to lead. Remember what you may have forgotten and find your freedom within it.

General Warnings

While the full moon on 2-3 September was a Corn moon, my aunt and I also briefly saw a blood moon on the night of the 4th. There’s a hunch that there will be another earthquake or flood happening on this side of the hemisphere.

I’ve also seen these in my previous shuffles in December — but I won’t go into details;

  • Our city will win some sort of a war or battle in September.

  • Fourth wave of Co-Vid in December 2020 and Fifth in March 2021.

  • The world’s power cards will once again be reshuffled, and by the end of 2021 the world as we knew it will be no more.

  • There will be a war which will result in food shortage for our city starting July 2020 (My mom thinks this is probably over already, but we’re still hogging bags of rice).

  • Flood. So much water, so much blood.

I hope that in spite of everything, these readings could bring some semblance of comfort to you. Most of it is vatic rambling on my part and is directed at a more general audience, so let me know what resonated with you.

I hope you’re doing well, and as always I’m happy to listen to anything you’d wish to share.

Stay healthy and stay safe.

Lots of love,

Charlotte
